Blueberry Yogurt

⭐️ Ingredients: Blueberry, Greek yogurt with a little honey bee/cinnamon and non-sugar milk, nuts, chia seed, and oat.
Greek yogurt + honey bee 🍯+ milk🥛: Greek yogurt (sugar free) is a low calorie food that can provide protein, calcium, and probiotics to people with diabetes, contributing to bone health, blood pressure, and metabolism. It has low GI and the study proved that it can reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes. Milk and honey bee are for moisturizing (since Greek yogurt is thick) and seasoning. Protein from milk benefits bones and health, which bones are also important for elders due to osteoporosis.
Blueberry 🫐: Blueberries are a healthy choice for people with diabetes. The fiber and antioxidants in blueberries promote a more stable blood sugar response. Whether you have diabetes or not, blueberries are a sweet, fiber-filled, blood sugar–friendly addition to any diet.
3 Nuts 🥜 [Almonds, Peanuts, and Pepitas]: Nuts contain dietary fibers and can lower the blood sugar.
